Suzy Mosh's "Its' New to Me" Challenge- Week 4- U

Suzy's challenge this week was to use a new tangle starting with the letter U.

I chose Unyun, which is what I think looks like an owl face...LOL. It does look like the cross-cut of an onion with a string connecting them (upper right side towards the middle). I added the rumpled stocking foot on the lower left corner because the Phicops looked suspended in the air and looked off-balanced. Now I feel better.... whew!

These were done during the few days between one snow storm on Saturday and 'the big one' on Tuesday (Jan 27)...

This one was drawn in another direction altogether... but I twisted and it and turned it until I signed it. But the name of it "Snow at Night in the Garden", was done because of the pea pod shapes and the brussel sprouts shapes (not done intentionally)... and the snow flakes.

However, when I changed the direction, I gave it a new name....(this was the original orientation)

 I didn't realize this looked like a hand until I outlined the eyeballs...LOL. It got it's name from the snake under the vase.

 This one I just love.... added the musical notes, after I named it.

 No rectangle box to start... just loose strings.

 Looks like the tree (which starts out as a waterfall) is overflowing. The vine coming down from the upper right, made me think of trees that grow out of rock ledges.

 This one was the week 3 "It's new to me" Challenge on Suzy Mosh's blog.. Letter v- Voga (upper right)

 This one I started out NOT liking at all.... kept playing with it and 'molding' it to make something I liked. Had to shade it to really like it.

 This is the most recent one started last night while watching "Crossing Lines" series. Not sure how it will turn out, but like the start (although... is it too top heavy?) ... we'll see.

Well, I've finished the cards that my friend punch-cut for me. I think I'll use these personally, or maybe 'sell' them at a craft table. We'll see.

This first one, I'll use personally, because I realized it was done during my lunch at work and I must have gotten some stains on it, laying it open on the table... I'll see if I can't incorporate a design into those stains, then use it personally. (Note to self: don't tangle while eating!)

Suzy Mosh's "New To Me" Challenge-Week # 3-letter V

It was hard to decide which 'v' tangle to use, but I found one that WAS a challenge... it's the pattern in the upper right side , called Voga
This one I'm not sure what to call it.... Considering "Sneaky Flowers" since the daisies look like they came out of the vase and snuck behind the patterns to 'bloom'.  Really like it.

 I named this (see caption below), but might re-think this one to call it "Royal Entrance"... (trumpets on the lower left, tip over crown (upper left), see the water ripples on the most? and several crooked paths to get in...

 This one I did with a sharpie at work... on a scrap paper, I love it! Simple.

 Just playing with some new patterns....

  Haven't named this one... ...thinking of "Garden Webs" , but not sure.

 Didn't want to add too much, which is why i connected the left with the right side with pencil only.

It's New To Me Challange- week 1

The Letter  T

This is a new weekely challange that will hopefully, provide me with new inspiration to try new tangle patterns... I created this ZIA, called "Strength and Abundance" and used the pattern "Tipz" (falling down to the ground on the right side of the piece)...

I also threw in Trentwith (lower left on the bottom, with black background), but didn't like it so only made a few....I do like the whole piece
